Standard delivery to the UK takes 3-5 days, while rapid delivery takes 1-3 days. Delivery will take 5 days if you live in the Scottish highlands or islands, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands.
Delivery to Europe: It will take 3-8 days to deliver to European nations.
Dispatch: We endeavour to pack and ship all orders within one working day of receiving them.
If the courier provider returns your item to us because they were unable to deliver it to you, either because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
Please return the order in its original condition, including all original paperwork and packaging, not used or damaged as a result of use, not marked in any way, and in re-sellable condition. Please also notify us of your plans. We have the right to deduct any credit card or PayPal fees that we were charged in connection with the sale from the refund. When returning products, please obtain evidence of mailing because without it, no refunds or replacements may be granted if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
Please notify us by email as soon as possible if your goods have flaws, damage, or other difficulties. You must maintain the original paperwork, packaging, and labelling with the order until the matter is resolved because they must match our records and be returned if an exchange or refund is required.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) govern this. You must notify us of your desire to return the items within 7 days after receiving them by mail, fax, or e-mail. The user ID and invoice number must be included. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. You must bear the cost of returning the goods. The items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If the products arrive damaged, you must notify the carrier and us immediately. Before signing the delivery note, you must inspect the condition of your goods. You must deny delivery and notify us by email as soon as possible. By signing the delivery note, you agree that the products were received in satisfactory condition.

All paypal payments are accepted. Paypal also accepts debit and credit cards.
Please note that we Do Not Accept Payments Over The Phone to reduce risks of security. Alternative payments are acceptable including cheque payment and postal orders.
Prices for products and services which are subject to VAT are included in the shown price which is at the prevailing rate - currently 20%.
